Kevin Hancock, M.D. is board-certified in general surgery and colon and rectal surgery. Dr. Hancock completed his general surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, followed by colon and rectal surgery fellowship at Mayo Clinic Florida in Jacksonville, FL.
His clinical interests encompass a broad spectrum of colon and rectal conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, colon and rectal cancer, and anorectal pathology. He utilizes robotic surgery and enhanced recovery after surgery pathways for improved patient recovery. He performs colonoscopies for screening and surveillance of colorectal cancer. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Hancock is an avid cyclist and runner, maintaining an active lifestyle.
